CHARITY TREASURE HUNT

Of all the hunts we organised for clients, the most satisfying are the ones that involved some sort of charity, the ones that besides having fun we also do something for the less fortunate. We did a hunt of such nature for a client recently.  The charity house that we chose  was Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih in Puchong. The company staff collected funds to be given to the home and they also painted part of the home. The hunt ended in Kelab Tasik Putrajaya for a well deserving meal and prize presentation.
  

WHO IS OUR FRIEND?

 

Every human being from the moment of puberty until his death
Those moments are his life’s journey
God wants His beings to befriend Him throughout their life
All for their own security in this world and hereafter
To befriend God until their destination
which is their death
There are human beings who befriend God at every single moment of their entire life
There are some who befriend God at certain times
There are some who befriend God during hard times
they leave God during their good times
There are some who befriend God at all times
there are only a few in this group
There are some from their puberty, throughout their entire life
they befriend the evil satan
they leave God entirely
There are some throughout their entire life
sometimes God is their friend while at other times satan is their friend
throughout their life’s journey, there are many disruptions
worldly pleasures enticing to influence them
satan deluding them and nafs ( lusts) tempting them to leave God
Throughout the entire life if one befriends God
there are times when God is testing him
to see if one is faithful in befriending God
There are some who befriend God at the end of his life, then he will be safe
There are some who befriend God both at the beginning and the end
these people are special and extraordinary
There are some who befriend God at the beginning
they leave God at the end of their life, they will be doomed
All human beings have their own destiny
Many of them have satan as their lifetime’s friend instead of God
There are only a few who have God as their friend
throughout their entire life
If we befriend God
God is the Most Faithful friend
the entire human’s desire
the entire human’s needs, God takes care of all
If we befriend satan, he is a deceitful friend
he seems to be good but he is unfaithful
Befriend satan, he is a specialist in deceiving
All may seem beautiful, and yet Hellfire awaits at the end
Human beings will be ruined

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

A few basic acts of worship performed without worldly love are considered more significant than abundance in worship but performed with full of worldly love.

Generally, the truth is hard to put into practice but once observed it gives a fulfilling experience.
An evil act is easy to accomplish but it will never bring any spiritual contentment.
If the truth seems bitter for us to take, simply assume it to be a medicine. Most bitter medicine helps to cure illness, isn’t that so?

Hardships are necessary for guidance in our journey in life.

Many are aware of diseases but they do not know how to cure them. Many are aware of problems but they do not know how to solve them.

Human beings are well aware that beyond youth is old age. But during their youth they forget that old age will appear later on. They then spend their energy and time during their younger days as if their youth lasts forever. When old age appears, they regret and wish that they could return to their youth to redeem all the years they have wasted. Alas, their dreams are mere dreams, an endless regret.
To love our own self until we become too selfish means we are destroying ourselves but we do not realize the fact that we are the cause of the self destruction. Being selfish means we hate our own self without realizing it.

O Allah, I have two dreadful enemies, both are invisible i.e Satan and my own nafs. The closest enemy and the most dangerous is nafs which is within me. It is more dangerous than the condemned satan as it is the pathway for satan.
I seek Your protection against the evil deeds of my own nafs and satan. You are my Only Protector, please help me O Allah. Ameen

RAMADHAN AL MUBARAK

ANXIETY IN RAMADHAN

O Alllah, why am I like this
I am different from everyone else
Every time Your Ramadhan approaches
They welcome it joyfully
They look happy indeed
However, I am different
The arrival of Ramadhan is full of sadness
It is not that I loathe Your month
which is full of blessings and barokah
But I loathe my own self
I feel anxious in Your Ramadhan
That I do not fill it as well as I should
I feel that my fasting is imperfect
Please forgive me, O Allah
I feel that my prayers are not valid
My taraweeh, my Quranic recitation
Are nothing to shout about
O Allah, these are the things that occupy  my heart
Every time Ramadhan appears
Is that wrongful?
Please pardon me O Allah
Please forgive me O Allah
If that is wrongful
Please guide me
please correct my attitude
O Allah, that is what has been troubling my heart
Every time Ramadhan appears
I seek Your Forgiveness O Allah.

POEM: PEOPLE WITH PRINCIPLE AND AMBITION

 
People with principle and ambition are not many
In fact, there are only a few people who hold both a principle and ambition.
A person with a principle and ambition is one who has his own stand.
A person with a principle and ambition is one who is willing to endure hardships.
He feels satisfied for upholding his principle even though humiliation awaits him.
Majority of people in this world are those who merely think of food and women.
Majority seek positions for the same reason.
Majority seek fame also for the same reason.
Majority seek monetary gains for the same reason as well.
This is why these few people who hold a principle and ambition,
they are usually at the forefront, controlling the majority of people.
An ambitious person is usually the one who holds power.
Even if he holds a wrong principle and ambition.
As people with a principle, they fight for what they believe in.
For the sake of their principle, they are able to endure hardships.
In fact, some are willing to die, all for the sake of upholding their principle.
