LET US PROMOTE ALLAH

1. Allah exists. He is everywhere. But He is not there. He is to Whom we ask for anything that we wish to have.
2. Allah is Most Kind, He created the earth for us.
3. Do you have financial problems? Allah's Bank is able to solve everything for you.
4. The Master Most Wise is Allah. Learn from Him. You will be the wisest person among others.
5. Allah is The Most Specialist Doctor. With Him, there are all the cures for all illness. It is a real loss for those who do not seek treatment from Him.
6. Human beings always feel disappointed with love. As they misplaced their love. Do give the supreme love to Allah, you will not be disappointed ever.
7. The Most Loyal friend who is able to protect us all the time is actually Allah, our God.
8. You have marital problems at home? Do solve them with the path of fear and love for Allah.
9. Human beings will not stop fighting each other until they take Allah as their Leader.
10. Do not try to run away from Allah, you will face a misfortune. But do run towards Allah,  you will be blessed with happiness.
11.  When everybody have worldly love, there will be fights and disputes. But when everybody love Allah, there is no fights and no disputes.
12. If we wish to have everything, do have Allah, Allah is everything. Everything without Allah is meaningless.
13. Love for  Allah is true love, supreme love. Love for other beings are unworthy love.14. Whoever loves Allah will surely love human beings, only then they are able to work together.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO HAVE YOU, O ALLAH

It is alright for me to be despised by every human beings in the entire world
for as long as You do not despise me, O Allah
It is alright for me to lose all the love and care from all human beings
for as long as I do not lose any love from You
It is alright for me not to have anything
Having You, O Allah, means that I have everything
Without You, O Allah, I lose everything that I have
It is meaningless to have love from everyone in this world
and yet, I’m being despised by You, the Creator of all beings
Without You, O Allah, my entire life in this world and Hereafter will collapse
Whatever I have will not mean anything at all
It is liken to a speck of dust floating in the air
It is simply useless
This is the reason that it is very important for me to have You
It is for my world and my Hereafter
O Allah, please grant me a little of Your love and care
So that it will be useful for my life in this world
and my life in the Hereafter.

ISTIGHFAR

A man once came to al-Hasan al-Basri and complained to him: “The sky does not shower us with rain.” He replied: “Seek Allah’s forgiveness (i.e. say أستغفر ألله).”

Then another person came to him and said, “I complain of poverty.” He replied: “Seek Allah’s forgiveness.”

Then another person came to him and complained, “My wife is barren; she cannot bear children.” He replied: “Seek Allah’s forgiveness.”

The people who were present, said to al-Hasan: “Everytime a person came to you complaining, you instructed them to seek Allah’s forgiveness?”

Al-Hasan al-Basri said, “Have you not read the statement of Allah? ‘I said “Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving. He will send rain to you in abundance; increase you in wealth and children; grant you gardens and bestow on you rivers.”‘” [Nuh (71):10-12]

There are two things in the earth that give a person safety and security from the punishment of Allah. The first has been removed, whilst the second still remains. As for the first, it was the Messenger of Allah (صلي ألله عليه و سلم).“Allah would not punish them while you were among them.” [al-Anfal (8):33] As for the second, it is istighfar. “Allah would not punish them as long as they sought forgiveness.” [al-Anfal (8):33]أستغفر ألله… أستغفر ألله… أستغفر ألله…

Do not ever leave istighfar!

Please share and remember that you will receive the reward for all those who make istighfar, due to your reminder.

Astaghfirullaaha wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi.
I seek the forgiveness of Allah and repent to Him. (Recite one hundred times in Arabic during the day)
It is reported in Saheeh Muslim that Prophet Muhammad SAW said: “I seek forgiveness one hundred times in a day.” [Muslim]

Rasulullah SAW  said, “If anyone continually asks forgiveness, Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress, relief from anxiety, and will provide for him from where he never realized.”

OH DEAR SOUL

Image result for image bismillah

When will you feel that God exists
Based on knowledge, you do believe
But your soul does not feel the existence of the Only God
Fear of Him is not within you

And yet God has reminded us
Be fearful of Him wherever you are
If God consciousness is not within you
Surely Fear of God is not in your heart either

O dear soul when will it be
For you to feel that God is Great
When will you feel His Supremacy
Remembering Him, loving Him
His greatness is so obvious
Why don't you feel it
Why aren't you terrified

His blessings occur at every single moment
Don't you see it ? so that you learn to be grateful
O dear soul, when will you get to see through it?
O when will it be, time is not waiting for us

Time will go on
Come on, hurry up and purify your soul
If you die while your soul is unaware
Your soul won't be accepted by Allah
O dear serene soul
Do return to your God
With a joyful heart and pleasing in His sight.
Thus, join the group of My servants
And do enter My paradise
When you are not called by God
There is no place in Paradise for you
Hell awaits you

Nauzubillah min zalik

PLEASE DO NOT ABANDON ME O ALLAH

O Allah, please do not abandon me
Even though I have often been disobedient towards You
I can’t live without You
If You leave me, I will lose everything
If I am with You, I will have everything
I am reluctant to lose You
Let me lose everything else but not to the extent of losing You
If I don’t lose You, I do still have a chance of recovering everything that I have lost
Please help me O Allah, Your humble and weak servant who has often been disobedient towards You
Please save me O Allah
Under Your salvation
Please protect me
Under Your care
Who else is there to take care of me
If not You, who is responsible for everything
I do often worry, that You will abandon me
I am very hopeful O Allah
Please do not leave me
My whole life will crumble
That is my faith in You O Allah
Please do not abandon me

MAWLID AT TAMIMI

In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Let us tell the story on our Prophet
He is Rasulullah SAW, the savior for mankind both in this world and Hereafter
Even though we have narrated frequently about him
Perhaps we should narrate certain aspects which has not been mentioned
Even if we tell similar stories again and again, it should not matter
As we may recollect the parts we have forgotten
We will remember better
Prophet Muhammad SAW, an extraordinary person incomparable to anyone
Those before and after him among mankind
Even among other Messengers and other Prophets previously told
His soul is angelic, his physique is human
He is the most intelligent being with the most pure soul
Amongst those before and after him
As such God gave him the title ” fathonah”
In fact he is the most ‘fathonah’ among His Messengers
His knowledge is not from his mental capacity
Even though he is the most intelligent person
He received knowledge which God revealed into his heart
It’s named Wahyu, he learned directly from God
The reason for him to have no need to write and have to read the way others do
This is the reason for his knowledge being remembered forever
If the knowledge originated from the mind, he may have forgotten
His knowledge encompasses both the world and Hereafter
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from the blessings and grace. O Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace}
His trust (in God) is exceptional
The reason why he kept no leftovers at night for the next day meal
He gave to those in need instead
As he was confident, if he was still alive the next day, God will provide his needs.
He killed no one
Even though there were times, he should kill the enemy
But he simply refused to kill
He took the main path that was to give forgiveness
For this, the person became a Muslim in his hands
His bravery is extraordinary, unmatched by anyone
He was willing to walk pass his enemies by himself
His enemies did not disturb him, in fact they were amazed
{ O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
His love and care was truly obvious
Especially towards the poor and needy, the orphans and widows
Those who did wrong, he forgave them
Even though he was not asked to do so
Once there was a slave who was going to be punished by his master
The prophet took off his own shirt getting ready to be beaten
To replace the slave, making the slave master feel embarrassed
Consequently, the slave master freed the slave
Once Rasulullah SAW bought a slave and then freeing him..
His generosity is unmatched
Like a gush of strong wind
No one is be able to match him
And not once he refused to help anyone in need
Even though he was forced to be temporarily in debt
{ O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. Oh Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
If someone gossip or belittle him
He kept silent, he did not react
His joy is without laughter, with a mere smile
Only obvious on his facial expression
In fact, he never belittle anyone or reveal their faults
Even if they were his enemies
Rasulullah ate very little, just enough to avoid hunger
He never ate alone, even when he was hungry
Minimally, he ate together with another person
Instances when he did not fancy some food
He did not say anything bad about the food
If he was angry with someone, he hid his anger
To the extent that his anger went unnoticed
He never showed distasteful feelings towards another being
For that reason he was willing to eat with someone who had severe skin problems all over his body
{ O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. Oh Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace}
His patience was exceptional
Towards all the trial and tribulations God placed upon him
He was pleased. The reason God gave him the title ‘Ulul Azmi’
incomparable with anyone else.
In fact he is the Head ‘Ulul Azmi’ among all the Messengers.
From his hands, born were the exceptional students ( mureed
They were given the title Sahabat ( Companions)
Hundreds of thousands of them, exceeding one hundred thousand in numbers
This did not happen among the earlier Messengers
All the Companions are granted Paradise
As their sins have been forgiven by God
Due to the grace being his Companions
The Companions are considered as stars in the sky
While Rasul is considered as the full moon
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. Oh Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace}
His soul is never goes to sleep even when his eyes were asleep
Indicating that his soul is always alert
The reason why he remained with his wudhu even when he was asleep
He respected human beings befitting their status
Even if they were unbelievers
At times he laid down his headgear for his guest to sit on
As a respect for his guest.
He did not condemn or curse any of God’s creatures
Even among the animals
Also he has never done any misdeeds.
Not even against the main
If he looked at a lady, his eyes were gazing downwards
He is extremely shy
His shyness is worse than the most shy teenage girl.
If he was passing by, no ladies were allowed to be in front of him
{O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. Oh Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace}
His acts of worship were plentiful especially during the night.
Till his legs became swollen
He liked to serve his wives and family
Not because he was being requested by his wives.
But he did them voluntarily
As he was searching for ways to please his Lord
He is the best among all husbands
No one else is able to do what he did
{O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace}
In fact, he did serve his own enemy
There was one heart rending story
A blind person who hated him .
The Messenger served his needs without his knowledge
Right till the prophet’s death
He was replaced by Sayidina Abu Bakar who took over to serve the blind person.
The blind man felt a difference from the previous person
Who are you? Sayidina Abu Bakar replied, ” I am Abu Bakar”
replacement for the Messenger serving you, the Messenger has died“
The blind person was shocked
It turned out that the person he hated most was serving him.
He died in his shock
But he had sufficient time to recite the syahadah, he ended as a Muslim
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace}
If he were among his Companions or friends
He gave priority for his friends
In fact he served his companions
Anyone who associated with him, felt satisfied with him
Everyone felt being respected by him
Even though they came from different tiers in the society
Let us continue with the story on our prophet
So that it is detailed
The story and the news
He is an extraordinary human being, the love of his Lord
So that we can see he is a special human being
He did not eat until he was hungry
He stopped eating before he felt full
Unlike a normal person
He did not like a meal with too many dishes
Anything that he liked was because of his Lord
Even when he was angry, it was because of his Lord
Not due to his personal reasons
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
When he passed away, there was no wealth left behind
He did not miss any congregational prayer
Except once in his lifetime.
That was during his illness that led to his death
He did not strive for his daily needs
But at every mealtime, his subsistence was provided for
But for his followers, they are being asked to strive
Especially those with families
He did not receive any wages
He did not even ask for any wages
For all the efforts in his struggle
But the present religious teachers, they accept wages
From their missionary efforts
The same way as the many religious teachers with worldly desires
In fact there are religious teachers requesting for payment from their missionary work and teachings.
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
Fear of God was clearly seen on his face.
He married a rich widow, Khadijah was her name
Her entire wealth was surrendered to him.
But the Prophet sacrificed all the wealth.
And the Prophet, as a friend, he was the best friend among friends
If he was at home, he was the best father
If he was with his wife, he was the best husband
If he was leading the people, he was the best leader
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from the blessings and grace. O Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace.}
If he speak, his voice was loud and clear
His muscles stretched with pressure
If he speak, it was like pearl
Deeply touched by those who listened to him
If he was giving a speech or an oratory, there was no laughter among the audience
As the audience felt remorse listening to him
Unlike the current religious teachers
If they talk, the audience respond with laughter
As the things they say come from their tongue
Not from their heart
The Prophet, whatever he said, it was simple and direct, unlike anyone else
He spoke with short words
But compiled in them were vast knowledge
{ O Allah, fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
As said by hadis ‘ jawa miul kalim’
His words were brief but precise.
His words were brief but very meaningful
His words were brief but satisfying and making the soul trembles
Unlike many others who give empty lengthy talks
Time is wasted, their words do not touch the souls
Let us continue with the story on our Prophet
The Prophet disliked wasteful journeys
He did not speak on anything meaningless
Even though it was not sinful
{ O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
If he laugh, it was without any noise
His remorse can be seen on his face
Fear of his Lord was clear on his face.
He showed his jubilant when his friends were rejoicing
He showed his sorrow over the sorrow among his friend
Rasulullah cried easily
For the fear of his God
Rasulullah acknowledged that God loves him
His attributes are magnificent
God glorifies him.
In fact he is the most righteous (taqwa) among all other mortals
Those before and after him
{O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
It seemed he was not listening to what God said about him
God said,” His attributes, are magnificent”.
No one is able to match him
But he was not prideful, he remained feeling like a servant
He was able to maintain his feelings of fear for his God
Feelings of subservience was constantly within his heart
In fact, it has never been apart from his feelings
Whether God glorifies him, it is God’s prerogative
But he continued to feel subservient towards his God.
Being humble with his God constantly
Clearly obvious in his life
{ O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
He wore the robe with the traditional head gear
His favourite colour was white and green
At times he used black attire as well.
Only once a while
His favourite food was milk and dates
Meat as the accompanying dish
This was what strengthen his physique
Thus a short summary
Globally known story on our prophet
Those not mentioned, do seek to learn more about them.
{ O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace }
In the history of of our Prophet, it has been narrated
Many miraculous things happened in his hand
The physical and spiritual
The greatest miracle is the Al Quran and Al Hadis
Permanently protected till the end of time.
For learning and guidance for all human bengs
For the safety of all humans both in this world and Hereafter
But what has been mentioned will be sufficient
For those with lack of time to do in-depth study
If one’s personal character resembles our Prophet
That person can be a role model for others to follow
If he is a leader, God’s blessings is with him
What more if he is the leader God has promised for mankind
However what has happened at this end of time
Those who tell stories about the Prophet
They forget who they are
They glorify the Prophet
But they themselves have no dignity
The reason for most of what they say have no effect on others
One who talks a lot about the Prophet without emulating his attributes
Even if he is a leader
Not many wish to follow him
His words seldom become a reality
He does not fulfill his words
In fact others gossip and condemn him behind his back
In fact his own family members give no respect due to him
That’s all there is.
{O Allah fill his sacred tomb with fresh fragrance from blessings and grace. O Allah send peace and blessings upon him together with Your grace.}

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

A few basic acts of worship performed without worldly love are considered more significant than abundance in worship but performed with full of worldly love.

Generally, the truth is hard to put into practice but once observed it gives a fulfilling experience.
An evil act is easy to accomplish but it will never bring any spiritual contentment.
If the truth seems bitter for us to take, simply assume it to be a medicine. Most bitter medicine helps to cure illness, isn’t that so?

Hardships are necessary for guidance in our journey in life.

Many are aware of diseases but they do not know how to cure them. Many are aware of problems but they do not know how to solve them.

Human beings are well aware that beyond youth is old age. But during their youth they forget that old age will appear later on. They then spend their energy and time during their younger days as if their youth lasts forever. When old age appears, they regret and wish that they could return to their youth to redeem all the years they have wasted. Alas, their dreams are mere dreams, an endless regret.
To love our own self until we become too selfish means we are destroying ourselves but we do not realize the fact that we are the cause of the self destruction. Being selfish means we hate our own self without realizing it.

O Allah, I have two dreadful enemies, both are invisible i.e Satan and my own nafs. The closest enemy and the most dangerous is nafs which is within me. It is more dangerous than the condemned satan as it is the pathway for satan.
I seek Your protection against the evil deeds of my own nafs and satan. You are my Only Protector, please help me O Allah. Ameen

ANXIETY IN RAMADHAN

Image
O Alllah, why am I like this
I am different from everyone else
Every time Your Ramadhan approaches
They welcome it joyfully
They look happy indeed
However, I am different
The arrival of Ramadhan is full of sadness
It is not that I loathe Your month
which is full of blessings and barokah
But I loathe my own self
I feel anxious in Your Ramadhan
That I do not fill it as well as I should
I feel that my fasting is imperfect
Please forgive me, O Allah
I feel that my prayers are not valid
My taraweeh, my Quranic recitation
Are nothing to shout about
O Allah, these are the things that occupy  my heart
Every time Ramadhan appears
Is that wrongful?
Please pardon me O Allah
Please forgive me O Allah
If that is wrongful
Please guide me
please correct my attitude
O Allah, that is what has been troubling my heart
Every time Ramadhan appears
I seek Your Forgiveness O Allah.

WE SHALL DEFINITELY RETURN TO WHERE WE CAME FROM

Whether you wish to return or not
You shall be forced to return
Because your original country is Hereafter
In this world, you are liken to a merchant
Seeking for provisions and wealth
Allah provides you opportunities, to look for provisions as plenty as you can
So that you shall be comfortable in the Hereafter
However, you should remember
Not to seek for forbidden items
Forbidden items are not allowed to be taken home
Anyone who does this will certainly be punished
Will you be able to withstand the punishment?
The punishment is fire in hell
Together with severe beatings, whipping and torture
By the Angel named Rabbaniah
Who is extremely fierce and vicious
Some will remain there permanently , - Wal-'iyazubillah
And some will be punished for thousands of years
Ouch! how dreadful, Ouch! how distressful
Will we be able to withstand all these?
Everyone should be able to give their own answers!

EVERYONE NEEDS LOVE AND CARE

Why is the world today in this state and condition?
Why are the differences and divisions of human beings into various ethnic groups, languages, nations, religions, culture, skin colour and social status, separate rather than unite the people?
They are all homo sapiens, descendants of Adam and Eve.
Why do not these people live together in harmony, know each other well, be communicative and cooperative,
have a sense of belonging towards each other, be united and live like brothers and sisters?
After all, their feelings and needs are similar.
Why is there a huge obstacle that hinders communication between the continents,
so much so that it is totally cut-off?
Why is not there a sense of being in one big family among the people in a country?
Such a life is led by people who have lost the guidance to build a united society,
to work together and to help each other.
Whereas such guidance is required to develop an ideal life of togetherness
and to cater for their common interest so that continents, countries and individuals are able to co-exist.
Then only human society will be seen to be different from that of animals and plants.
Humans are then able to live in harmony and happiness as well as to experience universal peace and security. secure or peaceful as one family.
Neither can they see the beauty of staying together.
How do we save this situation?
If it is not saved, the world will be ruined. Man will lose his humanity and live in hell, one that he himself creates.
The key that could solve this problem and reduce its complexity is love and care.
Man, regardless of his race, language, religion and skin colour, wherever he may be and whatever status he possesses in society, is born with the instinct to love and to be loved.
If he feels that he is loved by others even though the person is from a different race or religion, he will be touched by it.
It makes him happy and he finds it easy to get along with that person.
A cruel leader if showered with love by his followers or people will become more humane and gentle.
If children express their love to a violent father, he will eventually turn soft and gentle.
This is the secret.
He is born with the need to be loved.
This is what we call natural instinct.
Love would bring continents and countries closer to each other.
It would tie men to become brothers even though they come from different races and have different languages, culture, religion, skin colour, social status and so on.
The need to be loved and the existence of such feelings in every man’s heart is endowed by ALLAH since the day he was born.
ALLAH who creates man on earth has provided these feelings of love and care in every man.
Man need not learn, request or work for it.
It is there in him right from the moment he was born.
This is known as instinctive feeling which is a natural characteristic.
Everybody, men and women have it either they are a leader or follower, parent or child, husband or wife, teacher or student regardless of their race and religion.
With this instinctive feeling, man is actually one and equal.
This need to be loved is a universal feeling.
It puts mankind in one single row and there is no difference between them.
If this feeling exists amongst them, they will unite and be considerate towards each other.
Thus, this is how it should be because that is what every soul needs.
It is the basic spiritual rights of all mankind that must be fulfilled.
There is no man who does not need it.
In fact, without it, man will lose his happiness.
Children will not be happy if they do not get love from their parents.
Similarly, parents too will suffer if their children do not love them.
Students will not be happy if they do not get love from their teachers.
Likewise, teachers too would suffer if their students do not love them.
Wives like to be loved by their husbands.
While husbands would suffer if their wives do not love them.
Leaders too, would want to be loved.
So do followers, friends and vice versa.
In short, everybody needs love from someone.
It makes them happy if they are loved.
Otherwise, he will feel disappointed and empty.
However, man today seems to be the victims of unfortunate circumstances, because they don’t get what they need most.
Husbands do not get the love they want from their wives.
Wives too do not get love from their husbands because both husbands and wives do not know how to shower love, although love is what they need.
This is what mankind suffers throughout the world.
As a result, they become tensed, restless, emotional, frustrated and some would even commit suicide.
Even though he is rich, highly knowledgeable or highly ranked, he expects to be loved.
Yet he himself does not know how to love others.
Thus, because of that, he is not loved by others.
When you hurt somebody, others will feel hurt, too.
They will lose their sympathy and respect for you.
Eventually, feelings of hatred and annoyance will grow and worsen.
Love will then totally perish.
Such is the condition of the world today.
Men would live together in a society but they are always in conflict with each other. Instead of love, hatred becomes the order of the society.
Life would be empty and the people would suffer.
How would we solve this problem?
Where would we find a way out?

ABUYA ASHAARI MUHAMMAD AT TAMIMI
